No vegan options and staff just walked away when I asked. Sickly sweet smell. Looked clean enough and social distancing measures were in place.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Was seated and then left for 30 minutes as was the table opposite us. Ordered eventually after others who had arrived after us were served and was then told it was a long wait for food as they couldn't cope with all the new Covid rules?!! I wouldn't have minded but at that point it was relatively quiet, with only a few other people inside. Ordered some desserts,drinks and a coffee which arrived with no milk and after three requests for some in a 20 minute period with various staff members I got fed up and started to drink it Black. Customer service was appalling and staff clearly didn't want to be there. The place has gone down hill rapidly, they won't be getting another penny from me.
