I had my first appointment with Mr Crowe yesterday after he was highly recommended as being excellent with very anxious patients. I am extremely nervous of seeing a Dentist but really had to go as I was in a lot of pain. My treatment was carried out without any discomfort in a very clean hygienic environment. I would say to anyone who is nervous to see Mr Crowe and like me you will come away wondering what you were actually worried about. Fantastic service!

Had a cracked tooth and an infection had set in. I called just after 9am on a friday. Mr. Crowe saw me at 11am. He advised on treatments. I opted to have the tooth removed, no dramas, injection, tooth out. Mr Crowe is a very understanding dentist, easy going and friendly, as are all the staff that I had interaction with. I had a dental cleaning with Jodie today. She was friendly and very helpful in providing information on what she was doing and how to care for my teeth in between visits. The cleaning was painless and I certainly recommend Jodie as a dental hygienist
Had a dental emergency (cracked tooth) and this was the only dentist that had an emergency number that was actually picked up by himself! The dentist I am registered with did not even bother being open today or having an emergency number. The service was excellent from dentist to reception. The Covid procedures were well documented and organised. This was the first dentist that I have been to that actually do local anaesthetic that made me feel 0% pain. I always thought there was pain after local anaesthetic from experience from other dentists. I am very impressed and I highly recommend this dentist. That said I was also very impressed that the amount charged for the private treatment was very fairly priced and well below what was estimated on the phone. Good to see somebody not doing Covid gouge pricing. I highly recommend this excellent dentist and wish him all the best as he is a gem in his profession.
