Night started off really well was greeted by the door the gentleman explained how to order online as was really polite. We order food which unfortunately the order was wrong and also cold when it arrive, however this was taken back a re done. However the food was not at a great standard ask for medium spice the chicken was pretty plain and very minimal (2 small bits in the wrap). Unfortunately whenever asking some of the staff for things we needed for the meal such as cutlery and sauces it was needed to be asked several times over a period of time which was quite annoying. Hospitality from some of the staff could be improved. We spoke to a few different members of staff and some were helpful and some were not.

Manager asked me to Stand outside untill order was ready 3 or 4 mins at most 15 mins later I walked in asked for the order to find out ot had been sat under the counter for 15 mins so much so the fat and oil from the chicken soaked through the chicken box and fell through the bag. Resulting in having to change bags. Not very happy and nothing offered as a sorry. Apooletic staff member on behalf of her manager because the bloke had no manners. Rubbish service.

Excellent food with excellent service all around, the food is beautiful the kids loved it. We even left a tip because of how well we were treated must go place 5 star rating

Online ordered and went to collect but the tills had failed and the staff were working frantically to fix it. We waited a little while to collect due to the system error but the staff were working hard to fix it. When we got home, we had accidentally been given the wrong order, but tricky when we had nearly 140 worth of food to feed a big group. I spoke to Rebecca and she was fantastic at getting the issue rectified in what was clearly a very busy night. She did everything in her control to help us and get it sorted and I was very grateful for her help and great customer service. Mistakes happen but the way it was managed was great :-)
