Terrible. Need to get all the big corporate banks out of our small town. Fees, fees, fees.
The ATM is too old and it doesn’t work properly!!!
The staff at this Santander Bank is extremely unfriendly and they make you feel as if they are doing you a favor to do their jobs. I banked at a Santander in another town, and the staff was great - welcoming and friendly. I've been going to this one for a year and a half, and there hasn't been one time when I have been treated in a friendly manner!
