Thank you for the warm welcome and kindness you showed my daughter following the transfer of her care. my special thanks for showing me the respect as a mum and disabled person with hearing loss when you kindly discussed her treatment.

We live in the Netherlands and my son had forgotten the rubber bands for his braces. They helped us finding us the right rubber bands and gave us a bag of them free of charge. Helping out complete strangers from another country free of charge is absolutely brilliant. Five stars well deserved. Very friendly people!

I would not recommend, the overall experience has not been great. My brace has been on twice now and although they tried to rectify free of charge the second time I really wish they had not bothered. I am stuck with my back wire hanging down sharply cutting my tongue until Monday. This is not the first time I have been left like this but this for days. I am currently wearing my retainer the whole time to stop the sharp wire stabbing my tongue. I was advised that a senior member of staff who put my wire on originally unsupervised would need to be supervised. I have not been offered a 10 minute appointment to remove this wire in the meanwhile. I feel very upset and have not eaten since yesterday lunch, as you cannot wear your retainer and eat this is really not helpful. I found braces to be rather a pain but this must be the worst part of it all not being able to eat till Monday. I would like to state that the gentleman that redid my brace the second time was very helpful if only the rest were the same. I paid money to have these originally as I am over the age and expected to be treated like a paying customer rather than one in one out.
