Hello my name is Devon Washington I just recently spoke to some one about my situation. I went to this dental office about 3 weeks ago with a groupon coupon to get a teeth cleaning and some X-rays. I wasn’t able to get my teeth cleaning because they told me I needed more work done and a teeth cleaning wouldn’t help. I don’t have any health insurance so once my X-rays were done they went over with me that I needed some serious work. So they told me they have a savings plan which was 295 that could help me with my payments that will give me 10-20% off my cost and I would have to pay the remainder. After that visit I made a second appointment to come back and start my procedures but being as though my first visit would of been roughly 800 I couldn’t afford it with the dental savings plan. So I called and ask is there another way I can go about it so the lady told me we accept premier insurance through delta dental only so I called delta dental and they told me with that insurance I would have to wait a year for a waiting list to start my work. So I called the office back and told them I may not be able to come to them because of the wait plus it was too expensive to pay right out of pocket so I ask was I able to get my money back from the savings plan since I wouldn’t be able to take it further with them and they told me no it’s a insurance plan and it’s non refundable. Which is ridiculous because when I first signed up for it on my first visit they other receptionist told me she don’t see if it would be a problem to get my money back if I find some type of insurance before my next visit. The brochure or on line never said anything about being non refundable and he was so rude about giving me my money back. I really need help to get my money back because he did not handle this professionally and it’s no reason for my money not to be refunded ! This OFFICE IS A SCAM !!!! Don’t go !

Dr is very rude and talks down to you. Unsure if it’s her accent or just her overall manners but I suggest no one come to this office.
