I am working in gulf. My daughter’s wedding was fixed at a short notice and had to get the cards printed fast while I am still abroad. When I enquired one of my friends, he gave me few addresses in Thrissur town to contact. I just called at two of them. The first one I checked with was talking about conditions at first place. I found him bit complicated to deal with. Bridal Castle was the next I contacted. It was the warmth in his voice and tone that attracted me first. Soon he sent me some samples for selecting. Didn’t talk about the pricing until we shortlisted few. Price was very reasonable. I asked for his choice to select one card out of two cards we finally selected. When I started to negotiate on price, he simply said that for the number of cards I ask his profit margin is not much. I gave up bargaining. Having done all talks in remote from gulf, he delivered me the packet in my car on the day and time I requested. Simply superb.... Later, just two days before marriage I visited his office again to obtain one simple card with some change in content for a documentarian purpose. He arranged it soon. I invited him for the marriage. He said, he has some other unavoidable family function on the same day. On the wedding day, after the function at the hall got over and when we were at the dining area for feast, this gentleman came to me and said “yes, I have come to the wedding “. That moment brought enormous amount of happiness in to my heart”. This man is different. He delivers his product with high quality and great hospitality. Go, meet this person... you will like it.
