Good quality in service. But the work is a little delayed. Other than punctuality, everything is fine.. And having counters at different floors make a mess taking the stairs..

Went there to buy a 1000va UPS. I wanted one with a toggle for the "no-load shutdown" feature so that I could charge my phones during a power outage without the UPS turning off after every 5 minutes because it could not detect any load. The guy there didn't seem to understand what I wanted though. He claimed that all UPSs will only turn off after the battery is exhausted. Eventually I ordered a Numeric UPS for the next day and picked it up from them for 5200rs. They also have a service department of which I have heard good things about. The place looks professional and clean.

No parking area for cars ,if you park your car one place essar management member will ask you to remove the vehicle , this is my experience ,you should park your car anywhere and carry your computer and walk to essar for servicing

I would have given 0 stars if that was an option. This place is a rip off. My laptop had issues with the display turning on. But it completely stopped working after I refused to get the laptop fixed. They said that the motherboard needed a replacement due to which I refused to get it repsired. This was because of the high cost and unnecessary replacement of the parts. I had to make multiple calls just to hear them say that they had not started working on my laptop. A horrible experience. Get your laptop checked elsewhere
