I had a good enough service from John's Honda. I brought an Activa 6G, but I didn't notice any special offers or discount in the deal I received. Comparing John's Honda with other dealers like Srivari Honda or Trichur Honda, John's have more service centers throughout the district. Like Irinjalakuda, Thriprayar, 3x Thrissur. The number of service centers is the main advantage of dealing with John's Honda.
Worst experience.... my scooter had complaints regularly and i approached them and every time they cost me not less than 1000 bucks... Very next day scooter wasnt even starting and i reported and they said compression is missing... this... that... it will charge 12000 rupees and i was not happy even after they tried a lot before and charged more than 5000 rupees totally I went to a local workshop and they said there is some issue regarding battery and then i changed it and it cost me little but after that no other problems... its been 3 months now and iam happy Worst experience in honda... Didnt expect cheating from their side Even new vehicles delivered from there is showing problems ( my friend took an activa and its showing complaints )
Please Don't buy from this Agency..if you expect a Good customer service. They delivered us a damaged (scratched on painting )Honda Activa 5g When we purchased a New one. Then they repaired it. When Went for Service they are asking for money for different things as they mentioned FREE. R C arrangment they delayed due the pathetic procedure(they didn't upload the documents in Motor Vehicle website on time)Now for the Insurance renewal they are asking higher premium amount than the first purchase telling that they had changed the TIE UP with first insuranace company. When we called to book an appointment for service they can't give or arrange a call back waited till now.. NO courtesy . So please avoid purchase from this showroom and don't trust their sales advisors from our experience.
