Please do not give your laptop or mobile for any kind of service here. I had given my Dell laptop for service as my laptop was not switching on. After 3 days i received a call from one of the person asking me to collect my Laptop. When asked if they had fixed the issue the only response I got was we couldn't fix the issue there is a problem with a chip and replacing it will cost you more so it's better you buy another Laptop rather than fixing it. Also I doubt they would have removed and replaced other good parts in my laptop as everything in it was original.

I went there to fix my laptop and after fixing the laptop they gave me a couple of free applications for my laptop.... I donot know whether they fixed ut for me at a cheaper price as i have not given the laptop anywhere else..they constantly post the offers on their whatsapp number so do look that up too...............

Don’t give laptop for service they will destroy it ️01-10-2020 I gave my 2 year old Lenovo laptop for keypad issue - they told me to change keypad fully and the issue will be solved and charged INR 2000. ️After fixing new keypad- the power button In keypad not functioning as earlier it is taking more time to switch on the laptop screen. When I called They told me it is normal in this type of Lenovo laptop having this issue ( but I didn’t face this issue before servicing) ️Now the another button in keypad not functioning , when I checked with them (18-01-2021)they are telling again I have to change the keypad full which again cost INR 2000. ️When I asked the technician - how can I trust again your words because the earlier service made hardly 90 days ago and again the issue is coming. Then he idoesn’t have any answers. I seriously doubt they just cleaned my old keypad and fixed it and told me they fixed new one and charged me .And regarding power button issue they don’t have answer, I think they did some damage which they are not able to fix now. ️ So please don’t give laptop to this unprofessional technicians . They destroyed my laptop with 43000 .

My experience with them have never been any good . A year back I had given my motorola smartphone to them for a repair. They delayed the repair for almost 2 months giving me various reasons upon enquiry over the phone. Finally when I walked in after 2 months and asked what the delay is about , they blatantly told me that it is unrepairable and returned back my faulty device. I let this pass then giving them a benefit of doubt thinking that these unfortunate things happen. I recently visited them again for some help to replace my screen but they quoted an exhorbitant price (I personally know that the screen does not cost so much elsewhere) so I declined the service . I enquired them about another "online only" phone which they said they can arrange a unit for me but that too was overpriced and the guy at the store kept pressing to pay for a "store warranty" at an extra price of 650 . I later understood from the same person that the brand new unit they agreed to sell to me would not have a manufacturer warranty for some reason (which we all know why). From my experience they have not been transparent nor ethical with me .
