Phone lines can be very busy but when you do get a call back it's people who know exactly what you want and extremely helpful. Fantastic service once your order has been taken they call with a date for collection. Thanks Gary for all your help.

Very poor company to deal with. We ordered two lots of sheeting from this company and when it arrived we were not happy with the finish on it. We enquired about returning the sheeting or even a possible exchange however IRF were not co-operative in any manner. All three sales men we were dealing with claimed that we received a 'sample' of the sheeting therefore meaning we ordered the sheeting knowing what to expect, which in fact we had not. Once they realised we had not received a sample they then proceeded to say that we should of got one, meaning that it was an error on their behalf. Any professional business would generally own up to their wrong doings, again this company did not even though they had acknowledged the mistake was theirs. Once the sheets had arrived, 6 were damaged and rusted! We rang the company again to explain the situation and they said they will have new sheets out to us within in a week, 5 weeks later there was still no sign of the sheets. During this time we were given promises after promises that either 3 members of the sales team will ring us with an update. However they never followed through with that either. We rang weekly wondering where the sheets were and each week we were told they will be here this week. Eventually the sheets arrived six and a half weeks later! This was so frustrating as we had people lined up to fit the sheeting for us each week they were due to arrive. The sales team are very poor to deal with. Definitely would not recommend.
