Best gym in all of Lancaster. Everytime I've gone I was greeted by the staff and they have all the equipment anyone needs. From power lifted to those trying to simply keep their physique. Amazing value too!

Was a great gym at first , until I tried canceling my membership !!! Called and canceled in September , they still billed me in October. I called them they said they would credit my card back the payment , it never came through on my end . Decided oh well that’s the end of that . November comes I don’t get billed .december rolls around and I get billed a week and a half away from christmas !!!! Not a good time I might add , I just went Christmas shopping , paid a credit card bill and had enough money for the week . Then these guys decided I wasn’t broke enough so they cleaned my account out for me , instead of doing the right thing that wouldn’t cost anyone any money or grief (all the owner had to do was reverse the pending transaction with his bank ) idk what he did instead !!!! Very disappointed about all of this , after my membership is terminated how long do you keep my card in file ? So here I am broke with nothing bc this company is poorly managed and will bill you at anytime after you cancel membership , mine was supposed to be canceled 3 months ago , do not trust these people with your credit card info !!!!

Went to this gym for years when I lived in the area and loved it. Great equipment with a variety of different stations for people who love to lift and stay fit!
