Front desk guy is arrogant.. rude.. had a valve stem change on my tire. Brought tire home and put it back on my truck and realized they didn’t even put half of the air back in the tire.. at least I paid 15.00 for a valve stem

Had a great experience needed front end alignment after inspection they felt I needed idler arm and front wheel bearing. John called me after installing wheel bearing with the 300.00 good news that wheel bearing cleaned up wandering and I would not need idler arm after all. It was sure nice to know they only sold me what I needed even though with 230,000 miles I would not have questioned the additional cost. Thank you again John and staff for your integrity
