Excellent and quick work. Old gate motor had broken down. Called Iron Works 21 because they were close. They came out and gave me a quote, which seemed reasonable. They then came out on the weekend, removed the old motor, installed the new one, poured concrete and mounted it on a sturdy metal stand, replaced old gate wheels and other items. The new setup works great. Very happy with their work and service.
VERY BAD SERVICE! They try to pressure you on the phone to send them pictures of what you want done without having to come over and look at the place and measure to provide an estimate. It’s really sad they try to cut corners and force you into sending pictures!!!! when you tell them that this is not a good way of doing business they say oh I’m sorry the next available appointment is.....and they throw you to the furthest future day to discourage you from going with them. End of the call as she hears Disappointment in your voice , she’ll flat out tell you to go look for someone else to do the job… Left me sad and speechless. She seemed to take it very personal like she was the owners wife! No wonder they only had one mysterious 5 star review on here. I rest my case and walk away in confusion.
They're not persistent they're not business why and they can make you very mad because they're not business-wise
