This is an absolutely brilliant spot to camp when exploring Adelaide & the Adelaide Hills. The owners Rachel & Michael are just lovely and went above & beyond to make us feel welcome and help accommodate us (even when we turned up unannounced over the Easter long weekend). Awesome value, wonderful grassed bush setting, lots of home comforts for the camper & nice clean facilities - highest rating

Amazing place ! I enjoyed this place so much !! The host is very kind, there is free pancakes every morning, it is cheap compared to other camps, it is clean, homely and there is a pingpong table, TV room, a big and practical kitchen. It’s also very well lit and cosy. The surrounding nature is very peaceful, you can walk around and see kangaroos, koalas and other wild animals and birds. The atmosphere is good there. I recommend it !
Rachel and Micheal are Such caring and kind people make you feel right at home as soon as you drive in! beautiful parkland surrounds you always with kangaroos koalas black cockatoos the list goes on friendly community feel couldn't speak highly enough of Shiloh hills
Had no place to stay as everywhere else was booked out for peak period but rachel accommodated us for the night. Had the best night by the fire pit. Great hospitality and some nice short walks around the property. Check out the prayer mountain early morning if you have time.
We have stayed only one night and booked that at 7pm, arrived at 10:30pm and they were super flexible and took the time to explain everything. Unfortunately we took the place intermediary but would have enjoyed it longer. Pancakes in the morning are tremendous, places are super clean. Perfect for hiking in that area, we even saw 5 kangaroos in the morning (10am) before we departed. The area looks quite deprived but I guess it is only as it has to be cleaned up since they started Nov ‘17 only. Go to Shilo and you can enjoy the 10minute drive to Sunday Market at Stirling and 15min drive to Hahndorf a rather commoditised yet highly interesting city.
Good facilities, owners are great and friendly. Cool spot to explore the hills:)
What a wonderful area to stay and to relax. If you love nature you defenetly have to go there. One of the most wonderful Campground owners we have met. Rachel is so passionate about her job and is really interested in the people who are staying there. She is looking for you and making sure you have everything. Just lovely - the area as the people there \u003c3
Lovely location, very good amenities but especially the owners are one of the best people that I've ever met. You will love here!
