You will never find a more helpful and compassionate group of people. The owners understand that members don’t want to just be a number, relationship matters! Chad has done an amazing job at that while coaching! The entire staff is awesome! Highly recommend!
Great gym and great people. The coaches and the people who workout here are very supportive and motivating. The workout is for everyone and the coaches will adjust the workout to fit your ability. For certain classes child care is included in the price.
Fit over 50 (or there abouts) is worth the effort. Thank you Chad for including me!
