my opinion of the cross view is that it is a hotel on a come up iknow it's had its problems in the past but still new management took over not too long ago and it is definitely looking up the couple that own the place our hardworking individuals and they want to see a better place for people to go and stay at a better price soon to be offering homemade food and that's all.

Very dirty. Bed bug infested. Was in bed for less than 20 mins and got bit 3 times. Owner is very rude. Half the stuff doesn't work, staff is very mouthy, drunks walking around bothering others. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. For the same price you can go up the road for nice rooms etc
Shower handle broken off. Needed a plier to work it. One sheet on the bed. Flimsy blanket with cigarette burns. Something noisy in the room next to me. No sleep. Couch dirty with broken glass. Not worth 30 dollars in my opinion.
After checkout went to gas station, realized I left my wallet on the bed. Went back 5 minutes later it was gone with a lot of cash in it. The housekeeper and 2 of her friends were in the room. The friends left as the police were called cause the wallet was gone. The housekeeper says that she didn't take it and the friends mysteriously just left before the cops got there. Mind you, the housekeeper who lives on site vanished to her room while we were waiting for the cops. Do not get a room here. The staff are thieves.
Place is infested with bedbugs,verified! Junkies roaming parking lot. And needles laying by the dumpster. Don't even let your dog stay there!
When I got to my room there was no curtain in the window. There was no fridge or microwave. There was at least 10 or more flies in the room. Bathroom was not useable. No furniture, just 1 table . Totally unacceptable!
Whatever air freshener and/or cleaning supplies they use really smells bad. The carpet needs cleaning but could really be replaced. A lot of knocking on doors and a dog barking.
DON'T stay here! Holes in the walls, broken glass in the wall pictures & on the floors, hand towel wrapped around the smoke detector. Filthy carpeting. There's more I could say but you get the idea. Can't believe they passed state health inspection?!?
