Our experience with Ironwood has just started, but so far it has been very positive. My child loves her teacher, has made friends and is definitely growing academically every day.

If I could give NO STARS, I would!! We have a special needs son and the psychologist did NOTHING to help! Very disappointed in this school. :( My son was there since 1st grade and somewhere between then and 6th grade, the school all of a sudden didn't know why my son was in \special needs\ classes. The paperwork had been lost!! How?? Every 3 years we have to go for a re-diagnosis and there was absolutely no record of this!!?? PLEASE, if you don't have to sign your child up for this school...DON'T!!! It's been a list of issues...just when you think you're leaving your child in \good hands\....this school was trusted and always let us down (more so, our son!). We tried to withdraw our son to go to another school and the psychologist denied it. THANKFULLY, he's on to JR High School!! And AGAIN, the psychologist, RG Haugen, dropped the ball and never forwarded our sons paperwork for JR High on top of NOT having transportation set up. UGH We will get the district Superintendent involved, especially after RG told us we now have to figure out our sons transportation after he admitted to dropping the ball!! No more time to waste writing about this worthless school. Hopefully this is enough for you to make a better choice at schools for your little ones!!!
i went to this school, it is an abusive school. the teachers dont care if youre hurt, and in fact encourage bullying. i was almost killed, and i had sustaned ropeburn on my neck. the principle mrs shultz does not care for the students and does nothing to stop bullying and the only nice teacher mrs gustavson was moved down to second grade teaching cause she went back on shultz word. i know what goes on behind those doors
