i thought staff would be initially helpful due to greeting me when i walked in but when i was soon to be proven wrong. when i began to elaborate on what brand and specific model of wheel to the salesperson/manager, he cut me off and said, “no, we don’t have it.” he did so without even bothering to take a look at what was in their display cabinet, then he proceeded to walk to the back. the funny thing was that after he walked off, i noticed the brand of wheel but not the specific model i was looking for in the aforementioned display cabinet. he either doesn’t know their inventory or he really didn’t want to make a sale, despite the store being vacant of patrons. if i ever need anything skateboard related i will be going to socal skate shop instead, which is not a far drive from the spectrum.

Been coming here for decades, but had a bad encounter tonight. Went in to return 2 shirts that I got on Black Friday, one of the associates told me I couldn't try it on that night so I took a chance and bought the 2 shirts. Went to try it at home and both shirts did not fit me well. I tried to return to be told that they couldn't be exchanged or refunded. I had all the tags that came with the shirts but one of the shirts the tag wasnt held by that plastic tag fastener. The 2 associates claimed that it was already used apparently and wasnt allowable to be refunded or returned. 3 things wrong with that: 1) people try in the stores clothes in the fitting room, so that's already used right? I guess to them its brand new. 2) I've seen multiple shirts in the store without a tag or a tag that fell off, so that's a used shirt too right? 3) you guys have the device to clip fasteners with the tag, what clothing store doesnt? I ended up just allowing them to refund/exchange the other shirt with the tag and the plastic fastener...BUT WAIT. I ended up getting the 2nd shirt for free, although it's the same style but different color. So they had to make fun of the situation and chuckling saying "hey we can take it back but you wont get refunded." Super funny. I like how one of the guys said "someone already tried that with us" as if to accuse me of scamming them or something? Who let these kids behind the counter?

Good selection. Poor service. But it's clothes for youth, staffed by youth, what more do you expect. Don't give them attitude and it's OK. I'f u wanted perfect service you'd be at nieman Marcus.

AWFUL customer service. Bought a 50 pair of defective flip flops and they refused to exchange them or help me in any way. Worthless. Pick any other store but this place.
