Nice store. Bit crowded. Employees I'd say are about an 8/10 over all simply because they seemed understaffed and one of them was kind of aloof and as a result unintentionally neglected to assist me and my partner DIRECTLY after talking to both of us and acting like he was going to help us; he just walked away and stood against the counter staring off into space. So I had to ask another employee to please assist us- a very kind, relatively younger girl. She was short, with dark hair (can't remember her name), who was immensely attentive and accommodating. I'd give her a 10/10 for customer service for sure.

Awesome store. The staff made sure I got exactly what I wanted, plus mentioned some alternatives for the sake of savings. Super friendly people. Would definitely go back there again.

Went to do a return. The guy at the front door was rude about letting me in. When I asked for his name he refused to give me his name. His response was "I don't have one" clearly he's unprofessional and should not have anything to do with customer service along with the "shift leader" THAD the only person that gave me his name and instead of making things better for an ICON customer they make things even more difficult by telling me if you have a problem take it up with him and shooed me away. During the holidays and to someone that's pregnant!!! This store is pathetic and unprofessional!!!!!!!! Keep your purchases online. There was one person that remained professional and he was the cashier. Crazy how nobody at this location was born with a name! I will be going to corporate to continue my complaint dispute. I can't believe people's unprofessionalism!!!!!

Exiting the store, I held no new shopping bag in my hand. Then, why, you may ask, am I giving this five stars? Opening Ceremony has got to be one of the most unique stores that I've been to. Each room has some sort of designer "theme" to it, my personal favorite being the lego room, a small closet-sized space that was made entirely out of legos.
