I had a meeting with ADP reps. They pushed to get my info and promised not to do anything unless I let them, but ADP reps reported to EDD wrong data!!! When I talked to them, they said go and fix the problems by yourself! Do NOT trust them and do NOT work with ADP.

You cannot even talk with someone, when you to try to reset your password it will not allow to, when you put your name in, it does not even notice it after years with the same payroll. this is the worst system I have ever seen. You cannot even get important pay stub you need for employment info. or social security if I could give this company a zero I would this is awful.

We had 2 pushy female district mgrs walk into our office without an invite. One was small business services, and retirement services mgrs. They were adamant that they had an appointment and sat in my conf room. I asked them to leave again and they wouldn't, Super rude and un professional.

I'm a custodial parent, that had to fight with my spouse for child support for over 3 yrs, and eventually, the court stepped in and got his wages garnished. I had no issues ADP in receiving my payments every month until now; they are refusing to pay the month of Oct. and Nov. 2018. They are coming up with excuses that are the postal service fault. What I perceived what happing is that ADP is taking the money out of the employee's paychecks, and holds as long they can to bare interests (another way to generate income). Their call center is in India, and, when asked to be transferred to a US agent, they purposely put you on hold for 30 minutes or longer. For the past 2 months, I'm not able to talk with anyone at ADP US office. I filed a complaint with the Los Angeles District Attorneys Office, and now I'm trying to locate the Federal and/or State Agency that regulate their services. Any help, please?
