Newly opened store. Some items may not be on the shelf yet but workers are super busy in there restocking. But the prices are the best I've seen and I got some pizza from the hot food bar. The chicken pesto pizza was definitely something to go back for. Especially because it was 1.98 a slice.

This is a pretty clever and smart business. I'd say about half the people in the store are Amazon employees putting together online orders. They basically took an online order warehouse and opened it up to the public for additional walk-in sales. They also have an Amazon order section where you can pick items up or drop returns off. The place is always very clean and organized. The selection isn't like what you'd find at a Ralph's, the meat isn't as good as a place like Sprouts, and the prices don't seem to be any better (or any worse). But the convenience is nice for me. The automated shopping cart system is pretty cool, but I am glad they still have traditional check-stands. And on that topic, the customer service is always excellent -- the cashiers are always super friendly and helpful. Downsides? A lot of blank spots on shelves because I think popular items get swooped up by online orders. But overall, super fast and convenient that gets the job done -- I rarely have had to wait in any line. Does it have everything? No, but it'll get you by if you don't want to go to a traditional grocery store.

It's ridiculous how easy and, I daresay, fun it is to shop here. I do use their automated carts and they make keeping track of everything so easy, it makes shopping here a delight. Yes. A delight. Okay, I've probably been locked in for too long. The prices are largely reasonable and comparable to other grocery stores. But some deals really have to be seen to be believed. It's like anywhere else where the expenses in one area help them recoup the costs elsewhere, but they give deals on things you actually will use. That said, they are not always well stocked and things will run out fast. That's the only reason it is not 5 stars. Everyone is super helpful and not checking out alone makes it worth my Prime membership. Try it yourself. It's the future.

I have been wanting to visit the store for a while. Finally I did. It's a no frills store, no fancy display, primarily I think to fulfill the Amazon Fresh orders for home deliveries. I don't see many regular customers, mostly Amazon employees filling orders. Prices are reasonable. Some shelves are quite empty. I would not make a special trip to shop there, but if I'm in the area and need something, I may pop in. Not disappointed but I guess I had expected a little bit more. Prime members can pay through the Amazon account if they have a default credit card linked to the account.

Absolutely love it! Highly recommend! I love seeing my total as I shop. Also leaving the store immediately after shopping without standing in line was AMAZING!!! I love it!

Everything you could find at a typical Albertsons, Ralphs, or other regional grocery market chain, plus an Amazon return center and virtually contactless shopping. The convenience of not having to go through checkout isn't just a novelty, it's genuinely made the experience more enjoyable and take less time. I'm not quite sure how other stores that don't already have as large of an online marketplace are going to implement the same technology as what's happening in the Amazon Fresh store, but until then it stands as a sign of where the future of physical shopping is heading.

I’m from San Diego but go here every time I’m in the area and it’s great! Friendly staff and the prices are reasonable. Every thing is fresh, clean, and organized. I love the Deli section in particular because I can grab a quick bite to eat and the food well worth it.
