This is an awesome hotel that is adjacent to the John Wayne Airport. The staff are very friendly and accommodating throughout your visit. Our organization has booked many rooms through Tracy, the Director of Sales, and she always goes the extra mile to ensure our member’s stay is enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel as you’ll get a very upgraded room and great customer service!!!

Reasonably priced hotel rooms. Very well maintained and a relaxing environment. Considering it was close to an airport it wasn't as loud and obnoxious as we thought it would be. The staff seemed very polite and well mannered which made it a pleasure to stay. I don't have a picture of the dining area but the food was grade "A" and and all you can eat buffet. I like how they had a gas station right in front of the hotel room as well. Will be coming back soon!
I recently visited with my kids. The staff was very friendly and I was comfortable with the efforts to make it a safe environment during the pandemic. The rooms were really nice and updated, the beds were very comfortable and I love having a patio. The best part is the pool area. It was easy to relax here in the cabanas poolside. They even had heaters in the cabanas for chilly days.
Stayed for a business trip for a couple days. Nice hotel. Staff was pleasant. Room was okay. Tub was weird shaped. It's not a super fancy hotel, but it's really nice. I'd recommend it for a nice getaway or a business trip like I did.
If you're into a Miami Vice updated hotel, stay here! But not in November. The hotel website says there is a heated pool, which we were looking forward to...and it was ice cold. Staff laughed & was not willing to turn up the heat for our stay. The Miami Vice rooms are decorated in a cool retro way. There is complimentary Keurig coffee in the room, along with granola bars & oranges, that we received on the first day, but not every day. When we requested house keeping, we only got two clean towels. Elevator reaked of a 1970s stinch & I'm surprised we didn't get stuck in it, take the stairs. It's close to the airport. When in the Newport area, I'm sure there are better choices than this.
This place needed a better gym. There was no real equipment in there except a couple ellipticals. The place was nice for the price though. The restaurant didn't seem to be open when I needed it either. It's a good spot to stay for the budget conscious. Plus, it does have a legit poop area.
After having made early reservations, the check in process at the hotel took about an hour of standing in line. Then we pulled around to the parking lot and found out we had to pay 24 extra to park in their parking lot (free parking was listed as one of their amenities). The halls and non-smoking room smelt strongly of tobacco and marijuana. When we finally got to our room one of the cabinet doors was laying on the floor, the shower wouldn't drain, and there were multiple black hairs in the bed. When I called the front desk to alert them they hung up without saying hello. The next two times I called it just rang. In the morning when I asked for the manager I was shocked to find out that the incredibly disrespectful childish employee I was talking to was the manager. She made several excuses, then said she would be charging me for the cabinet door that was broken before we got there. She then rudely dismissed me. After checking my bank statement the next day, I found out they double charged me for everything.
