I heard about Avacom through a business partner and reached out to them when I developed technical issues with my computer. Since then I have gone back to them another time and I’m never disappointed with their service since they seem to go above an beyond each time. One of the employees kept me updated when they came across another issue in the system, and he was very clear and honest with me about how much it would all cost at the end. This is the kind of service that I trust going back to.

Needed to get some work done on my Lenovo laptop and luckily I came across Avacom in Irvine. These guys are true professionals, I felt it comforting to know that they are Lenovo certified and use OEM parts on their repairs. Definitely a place I trust.

After handing them my lenovo laptop to fix on 11/12/2018 to get a pair of hinges repaired, a task that should have taken no more than a week or 2, I was told that my LCD digitizer somehow got broken during the repair process. I kept asking about the repairs in the weeks an months that followed but no one was able to give me a straight answer. I called again a few weeks ago and was told they had the parts and I had to pay over 500 to repair the hinges and the digitizer screen they broke. And here we are in Feb 2019. I'm out of a laptop and the 500 SDD hard drive I installed, I'm out of the 500 they charged and now I'm having to find another 1000-1200 to get a new laptop. This is unfortunately the first and last time I'll be giving them a laptop to repair

Found them through the Lenovo Website Warranty location search. Don't bother calling the Lenovo customer service numbers. Just search the closest authorized location and call direct. My hard drive crapped out. No problems. It was still under warranty. Re-installed to factory pre-set conditions and finished ahead of schedule; took about two to three days. Of course I had to back up the info I wanted to keep and the bad drive barely held up for that. All in all I found a great repair place and dealer super close to work. I will be consulting them for our next round of Lenovo field laptops and/or tablets for our business.
