I called around noon and told him the issues I had with my LG washer. I’m reasonably mechanically included and concluded it wasn’t from the pump I clean / drain not was the drainage pipe pinched. The pump likely needed replacing. He told me he would be here between 3 and 6pm same day and texted me his actual ETA. If you’re looking for a courteous and professional contractor to take care of projects that would take you all day - come here.
