Good place but pricy
Best spa I've ever stepped foot in. You are treated like royalty and the employees are extremely attentive. I recently went for my second time, and certainly not my last. First time was with my BFF for a 75 minute session. The second time with with my husband for a prenatal massage, also 75 minutes.
Had a great experience with Leah in Body Rhythms this morning. As a recent transplant to the Irvine area, I was searching for a new salon. Leah took the time to explain the color process to me as well as a review of the cut, my expectations and the cost of the services. It was all done very professionally and with care. Leah got the color and the cut perfect. The front desk was friendly and efficient. The whole experience was wonderful!
I went to Body Rhythms on a Saturday and had a 60 minute signature massage with An war. I like strong hands, and my massage with An war was one of the best massages I have ever had! I will definitely be back and will leave myself more time next time to use all the facilities.
Body Rhythms is a small gem of a spa in the OC that has earned my loyalty for delivering exceptional and consistent quality massages. After using a lot of larger brand name places, I find the consistent service here the most reliable spot to get fixed. The owner works the front desk and is there most of the time, he keeps a high degree of customer service and always checks in following a message to be sure everything is up to your criteria. I've been moving around once each week or two because I was injured last November in an accident that caused whiplash and spine injuries and I go here in combination with my chiropractor visits to have everything in check. The prices are about right, and you also get exactly what you pay for. The pros consistently deliver the kind of support you get for the 100/hr spa range. I've tried all the therapists, and they are fantastic. Two of the therapists are exceptional at trigger factors and can discharge tragedy knots. Adrienne presents excellent Swedish massage for individuals seeking to relax fully. Angela also comes with an outstanding massage for rest/release muscles. If you get the opportunity I would highly recommend giving this place a try, they have a medium size parking lot in a plaza with various dentists, and its a hole in the wall tucked off from the trunk near a reservoir. Everyone in the office is always friendly and calming. I recently started seeing Angela and she is amazing! Their office is a great space and I love the water feature out front.
