I've counted on Caesar's for my appliance repairs for many years. This weeks experience was great. My repair was scheduled promptly, Jose got there on time, was pleasant and took care of the problem quickly. Our dryer works great now!

I called the store in Laguna Niguel and set up a repair appointment to see what was wrong with my refrigerator. Even since I moved in, it did not work, and because it didn't work, it was not covered by the home warranty. I met with Victor, nice professional gentlemen and took the time to give me his professional opinion as to the problem. He suggested that I may need to order a control panel and also advised it was needed to just start the refrigerator. He stated by ordering this part, it could also reveal what else was wrong with the refrigerator. I paid for the part and 1 week later Victor came back. Lucky for me, thats all that was needed. Before the refrigerator died, the water filter cracked and the leaking water fried the control panel. Total for this repair was just under 500. It was well worth it! The alternative was to buy a new refrigerator that would have cost in the range of 1500- 3,000, depending on how fancy you want. Thank you!
