Been going to Rainbow Bicycles in Laguna Beach for many years - too many to count in fact. I would consider them experts in mountain and road bike repair. If you need a good bombproof set of wheels built, go there. You will not find a better wheel builder anywhere in Orange County. Sorry they had to move the shop to Irvine a couple of years ago due to insanely high rents in Laguna, but I'm still willing to make the trek to Irvine because they are that good.
