Really excellent service and love how clean they are. My favorite flavor is the pistachio in the crocream. The workers were also really efficient; moved quickly and got our orders right.
It's Rare that you find an owner who sacrifices personal time to observe and interact with unknown and new customers. My wife and I were approached within the store by Mr. Yun to taste his New varieties; Lemon Cupcake, Cookie Butter and even Horchata. -The Lemon Cupcake has an immediate familiar and rich taste. -The Cookie Butter is subtle at first and has a delicious after taste. -The Horchata is Real and probably wonderful after a Spicy meal. We ordered the Signature Mint Chocolate Sundae on Sweet Croissant. See the picture because it disappeared and fast and neither of us could put it down until it was gone. SO yummy and creamy! I love all the different flavors! My three favorites are taro, Nutella, and honey dew. I’m not a big ice cream person, but THIS I like.
Horrible, its past 12pm right now and no one a looked inside and I didnt see anyone working nor were any of the lights on. My sisters soccer team has been waiting for 25 min. Very dissapointed. Dont recomend this place. This buissnes is in trouble
The ice cream is very good. We ended up getting 2 pints of the ice cream and will probably be back. However, the customer service was terrible. The lady working at the counter didn't seem like she wanted to be there and the store had just opened! There was absolutely no line and she was getting frustrated because my daughter asked for samples too many times. She reminded us there's a limit of 3 per customer and my daughter had asked for 4th. When you are selling premium ice cream with unique flavors, you have to be prepared to let customer taste it before buying. We ended up buying 2 pints almost worth 20 but wasn't happy with the experience at all. We will probably be back but only because your product is good. Improve your service please.
Decent looking ice cream place. A little bit more expensive than your average ice cream place. Taste quality seems like average to me compared to other ice cream stores, but I get the feeling of eating high quality ingredients. There are also like uncommon ice cream flavors like taro. Good place for a date if I say so myself ;)
