Amazing place to do business with last-minute call on time and they were able to do the job the same day I had emergency and I have to Travel the same day I didn’t wanna leave my place dirty I was hoping to get a clean so when I come back I will come back to clean please I called citywide carpet cleaning of Irvine and they were there in an hour I was not expecting the carpet turned out well because of the bad things that I do have but after the work was done I was very impressed with the results not only you can see the stains no more the carpet smells fresh and clean it is very hard these days to find someone that can respond within such a short notice And do a great job like they did well I can’t say much but I’ll be using them again thanks guys

Owner Tony talks too much and cleans too little. He came over on a cleaning job and it was so poorly done he tried to talk his way out of it and still charged me instead of sending over a professional crew to clean. He was using the rag that was used to clean the toilet to whip down kitchen counter tops common sense is not common here. He charged 250 for very poor work. He said they guarantee their work otherwise send someone to come over and clean. I called him right after he left he hung up and non-responsive texted him and this man is not decent enough to answer. He just brags about his success which no one cares they just want their home clean. Appears this man is not honest and somewhat argumentative. Do the right thing and clean properly for the job you were paid to do. Do not pay him via Zelle or Venmo. See just some illustrations of what he claims to be high end work...This was a stressful exchange go somewhere else...
I am very pleased and satisfied with the service I received from Tony of citywide carpet cleaning this company is great very efficient and very responsive did a great job all the technicians use gloves and mask they come in with all the clean equipment and products do use all clean rags and disposable towels My carpet looks fairly new again thanks to them I had a dog that constantly Peed on the carpet and they were able to bring back the carpet so it’s original look again with zero smell I was very surprised of the outcome I thought my carpet will never come back hundred percent the bathrooms and kitchen like what is the stove looks like new again very shiny And clean I was very pleased with the fact that they use steam to disinfect my home esteemed almost everything cabinets toilets bathroom shower kitchen living area it’s amazing how they clean I will always use the service in the future I will not hesitate to call them I think they’re great company matter fact they were referred by my neighbor who have used them for many years I will be a repeat customer in the near future thanks guys for a great job done wellWith no surprises for the first time I’m happy that I found this company finally I’ll be able to keep my home clean thanks again
