Very friendly and efficient service at the Irvine office. My visit was successful in completing all the purpose I came for. The receptionist was ready with all details and the technician went through the process with information I needed in an optimum time. Office was clean and Uptodate with Covid guidelines. Staff is friendly and the doctor appeared to be very experienced in the field. The office is nice and clean. The wait for consultation was rather long (did not see the doctor until 1.5 hours after the appointment time) and because of such, the consultation felt a bit rushed. Perhaps the wait was unanticipated and not the norm.
