I always turn to the staff at this Crown Ace Hardware on Culver because they are so helpful and polite and knowledgeable about products and solutions to problems around the home. There are two managers:. Allen and Derrick. They are both Fantastic. Today I was having trouble with a product ( a defective spray solution) that I had purchased last year but only used half of it. It began to leak and wouldn't spray. So I took it back to the store and they replaced it , with a smile. This is how they reward loyal good customers. I love this store.
