Its 8 am no one was at the counter. When the woman appears i ask for a hot chocolate.. I paid amd she tossed my change back into my hand. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

I'm going to start with saying that their food is great. I come for the donuts and always love the fluffiness of them. The rough part about going here though is the service. On more than one occasion I have gone, I have asked for a dozen donuts as a pick and choose. The first time they gave me their mixed dozen instead and my family doesn't eat any of the fancy filled donuts, and on other occasions they don't listen to which I was asking for. Would recommend checking that its everything you want before paying.

Just went in at 8am to get some donuts for my daughters classmates for her birthday, absolutely sold out! Not a single donut and the guy inside could care less he wasn’t even making new batches.
