We recently visited this facility and despite the bad reviews online, we had no choice but to take a chance since my dog was sick and all the other “highly reviewed” vet clinics in the area had a 2-3 days wait. They got us in really quickly, the same day as a matter of fact and the older female vet couldn’t be nicer and more professional. The prices were moderate (as you know the prices could be insane) and I was very happy leaving there. I can see that the staff were all very attentive and they did their best to book us, help us get there, treated him well, and I will definitely return, I don’t know about the daycare as I haven’t tried it but we took a tour and we will be sure to one day when I am away. Thank you!
A little disorganized. Different vet everytime we go, staff changes a lot too
I called and was able to get a place for my dog for next day. The paperwork is well organized via internet. Everything is a smooth process, no hassle at all
This place is great! They took my little guy last minute for daycare and he was worn out by the time I picked him up. He loves it here!!

Terrible experience trying to get everything they require. My dog has been to 3 other daycares in other areas, and I was hoping this joke of a place would work because they are closer. But it seems like they're just trying to rip you off to get you to pay 75 for their fecal every 6 months. They require 2 years of medical records but don't tell you that when you call to ask about the process or even when you fill out the online paperwork. It isn't until they send an email later that they include this requirement. I wouldn't recommend that anyone go here unless you have nothing better to do with your money and have an excess of time to spend fielding their demands. I'll be paying extra to have my dog picked up and dropped off so he can go to his regular daycare.
YOUR CAT NEEDS A PHD to get into this place!!! You have to BEG to get into this place!!! They will drill you for docs after docs after docs from your Vet because they want to up-sale you on their vet services!! I have docs galore and they still want more docs!! What a rip off!! This place just want your money!! Stay away! Unless you want to waste your time!
