Finally, I felt like a patient who’s being heard and not ignored by a physician. Not only Dr. Francis Yu is knowledgeable, he actually cares about his patients. He spends a good amount of time listening and explaining the possibilities of treatments. I’m really glad that I’ve found him and highly recommend him to anyone who suffers from allergies.

They are so don’t care about patients, when you call the office after 10 times maybe they answer the phone, I don’t recommend at all

Critics of The Universe

Dr. Yu is very knowledgeable. Explain everything thoroughly. He cant read your mind, so ask him questions. I do agree front desk can improve. Definitely needs some assistance and maintenance. I dont agree with others, emergency(like dying) issues, people should go to....um...well.... to the EMERGENCY ROOM.

I was told I didn't need an appointment for shots. They are open until 6, but when I showed up at 11:30 it was locked up and no one answered the phone. This is the second time the front desk has proven to be incompetent.
