I was looking to quit smoking that day and hadn't had nicotine all day. I was also almost due back to work from lunch. I was greeted by the man working there. I did not get his name but he was Caucasian and I think he had a beard. I told him I was in a rush. He was extremely smooth, considerate, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He quickly helped me find exactly what I needed. Then gave me an AMAZING flavor that exceeded what I tried to describe to him. He then set up my vape, gave me a better filter to use, taught me a few tricks, and had me out of there in record time. I have seldom had a more satisfying and enjoyable purchasing experience than this. Or maybe it was just the nicotine finally entering my addict blood. Let's just say definitely both. 9 days now since I've had a cigarette and counting. Thank you, Sir! I will update this with your name the next time I come in!!!

Highly knowledgeable staff, with an extremely large selection of juice. I'm quite picky with my juice, but the staff was able to find me several different juices I liked and even introduced me to some brands that I enjoy. I highly recommend this place if you have trouble finding the right flavor for your palette.
Hands down, best Vape shop in all of L.A. Such great courtesy to every customer that comes into the shop. They'll let you try juices until you're satisfied. Shop design is very relaxed and casual. Definitely an awesome atmosphere. Of the 3 days I spent in Cali, I visited 3 times. Cool people. Massive respect.
Came here for an alternative to smoking cigarettes. I am new to vape and the only thing I have ever known is lighting up a cancer stick. I went to vapor loft in search of something better for me yet still give me the nicotine I crave. The staff was friendly and helped introduce me to this alternative. I'm not even sure where to start -- the customer service i received here was so much more than above average. I came in with a problem with the mod that I had purchased from them -- the amount of professionalism and customer service i received was so impressive it shocked me. not even an apple store can compare with the amount of care and effort he put into my specific issue. i live 30 miles away from this vape shop -- but with out a doubt and with out a question -- i will travel that distance every single time just to come to this shop. 10/10 !!
Love this location. So near the office and out of the way from the mainstream strip mall which is nice. It's a bit tricky to find as you have to go past it on Rehill and go around the back street to access. They're still getting settled it seems but have a great selection of juices. I wasn't looking for hardware so I didnt look for it. Great staff and if you're a first time customer you get 25% off your first purchase! ONLY reason why I gave it a 4 star is because it might be hard to find for people looking. Once the sign goes up it'll definitely help.
