Elegant Home Improvement has turned my fixer upper into a turnkey masterpiece! thank you so much John and Bobby for being so helpful every step of the way. I've had two floors installed by Elegant home improvement. The first one went well, but the second one was a disaster. On the second one they installed a laminate floor after a water pipe burst. They unfortunately didn't come out with the correct trim for the quarter round, etc... They let us know they would find a better match and would come back. The owner asked for full payment, and that was my biggest mistake. I should have held back a good amount until they finished the job. We asked at least 8 times over 5 months, to get the job finished and it never happened. They had a lot of promises, but no execution. We finally hired someone else to finish the job.
