Thank you management for explaining to me that the customer is always and without exception wrong, and your employees are right. After explaining the whole situation of I didn’t get a free month after being promised that. I was offered a 25 concession, but I’d still have to pay over 200 for the mistake of an employee.
Extra Storage Place was great from the beginning. I reserved the storage space online and finalized the process over the phone. When I got to my storage space, a lock was waiting for me in the inside, like they promised. The process was smooth, fast, and professional and the prices are better than other storage facilities.
The Extra Space location on 3125 Warner Ave is an unsecure storage facility. Recently I had a break-in to my unit. I had expressed to the storage office prior to the break-in there is an issue with the access gate where it opens and runs into the ground and doesn't close. They said they would address it. Consequently my unit and other units near me were broken into. A couple of days after the break-in I found the access door to the facility again wide open and upon contacting the office, they said they would again attempt to fix it. It appears to be a recurring problem at that location. I am sharing this review to beware of what goes on at that location.
