The energy and creativity of this program is AWESOME! My teens willingly put video gaming/social media aside for these engaging and fun sessions. The instructor (Adam) is enthusiastic, patient, and an excellent role model. We highly recommend Fit First!

My teenage sons did virtual training with Fit First. Both sons enjoyed it; my oldest son says "it was fun and the leader, Adam, has a nice personality. Exercises were tough, but good!" Wonderful experience and highly recommend!

My 2 kids (boy- 12yld and girl- 11yld) just finished a week of the fit camp. They loved it! My son is very picky about camps and would rather game all day so the drive to day #1 was tough. But at pickup both kids had smiles and was very happy! They loved yoga and spoke highly of the coaches!!
