I've been using the team at Grand Auto Works since they were working as The Auto Shop. Ryan and his team are trust-worthy, do quality work and always have sound advice. Never pressuring into doing repairs or work that isn't necessary and I believe they truly care about me and my vehicle. Can't recommend them enough.

I am so glad Ryan and the team are back! It’s always a bit nerve racking going to an auto shop wondering how many hundreds or thousands they are going to ask you to pay (not knowing what I'm doing). This team only does the work that is actually required and has told me numerous times I didn't need any work completed. How trustworthy is that?!! I am so grateful to have found an auto shop I can trust. And on top of everything, their work is always top notch as well. Noting, this is being written on behalf of my wife Kim. I lease my car and don't need much work done, but this is the only place I trust with my car after the warranty period as well.

This was my first time visiting this shop and I was not sure what to expect. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the owner Ryan who came across as very friendly! I came in for a quick oil change and tire rotation which he took care of immediately. The waiting area is extremely comfortable and feels rather luxurious. I was so tired of being up-sold at other auto shops but Ryan came across as honest, helpful, and informative. He didn't try to sell me anything, rather suggested repairs for the future. I've definitely found a new auto shop that I will continue to visit for any auto needs and I can't thank Ryan enough! I don't usually write reviews but I cannot recommend this shop enough and recommend you check it out.

Came into do my oil, and Ryan helped me out. He’s very informative and observant, spotting that I even had engine oil seeping from a bad seal. I appreciate the attention to detail all around the car in case you missed it, not just what you brought it in for. The place itself looks very pristine and well organized with space to lounge or even work on a high table. It definitely separates itself from more crammed auto shops. That, and the up front, quality service makes Grand Auto my go to now

When I spotted a puddle of mysterious fluid at the bottom of my car and I saw that The Auto Shop was gone I panicked... I used to call up Ryan there to get my oil change. I called around 3 other places and Ryan was the *only* one who was upfront and didn't try to give me the "female" price (aka charging me double thinking I knew nothing). So I was so relived when I found out that Ryan actually opened his own place!! Turns out my puddle was thanks to a cracked plastic part in the coolant pump and Ryan was super transparent about what needs to be done and what my options are. They had to keep my car overnight and because I was too scared to take a random ride share due to covid fears, Ryan personally gave me a ride home even though I live pretty far away. Car has been running perfectly for over a month now, I'll be taking in my car next to change out the brakes next. Oh and side note for those who used to go to The Auto Shop and remember the janky waiting area.... Grand Auto Works is bright, open, spacious, and super clean. The bathroom is also newly remodeled and thus meets the latest accessibility code requirements.

I could not be happier with the service and pricing of Grand Auto works, Ryan was very professional and the quote he gave me was exactly what I paid. I had my car turned around in less than 24 hrs and needed tires, timing belt package, rear suspension and alignment done. Will be taking all of my cars here now and referring them to anybody I talk to from now on.

This is a great shop. Amazing and great prices. Ryan does not overcharge or try to upsell you on things that you do not need. We will definitely be bringing all of our cars here as they need things done to them. I went out and got a few estimates. Ryan saved us money and did a better job. I went in for the 200,000 mile check up on my car expecting to pay a lot so grateful for Ryan and his staff.

Excellent business. Ryan did what 3 dealerships could not do. He was able to isolate a creaking noise and I was able to have the dealership address it the same day. He was tenacious and highly skilled at solving this problem. I highly recommend this business.
