For 17 years we have had a kitchen faucet/sprayer purchased from Rohl. Performed great but on two occasions we have asked for help. One spring replacement for the spray and one gasket replacement on the faucet. With an easy email to Rohl they quickly stepped up and shipped out replacement parts with instructions. Couldn't be happier with Rohl support, thank you Rohl!!!

I bought an EXPENSIVE faucet(700) from our local plumbing supply store. We waited a few weeks for it. I was so excited when it finally came in. We opened it up and on closer inspection one of the pieces looked like it didn’t get finished completely. We were given the local reps number in Chicago(Steve Driscoll). He told us to send him pictures and that he would have the company send us a replacement. We had beef waiting for a month. I finally called Rohl yesterday. I talked to customer service and the guy assured me he would send it out next Dayana it would be inspected before it came out. We received it this morning. It was dented. I want to thank Steve Driscoll for stopping past our house to apologize for the mix up. I originally gave them a 2 star rating. It was nice to have someone humbly come with a sincere apology and make things right. I honestly love my faucet. We originally got a chrome faucet for the bar area and we loved it so much that we decided to get a similar one for the kitchen sink. They will be sending us a replacement and I thank Steve for the flowers he bought and am changing my 2 stars to a 5.

We have had their products in kitchen and bath and loved using them for the last 10 years. There was a hose failure in one spray unit and the warranty service was exceptional--friendly-easy and prompt. If I could give 7 stars I would for the best of product and the best of service

Horrible Customer Service. Seriously Horrible. I call stay on hold for over 5 minutes while no one picks up. I call back and after the owners message stops it rings and I hear silence. I say hello. No one responds. I say hello again. Still no response. I stay on hold since I have the phone on speaker and I can hear background noise like a chair move. I finally say this is horrible customer service. 10-20 seconds later someone says hello can I help you. I tell them I'm looking for an item and no response. I have to ask if they can hear me. Then repeat myself and say I'm looking to see if an item is in stock. They ask for the model and I give it. Then they say nothing. No give me a second to check, no ok let me look. No acknowledgement at all. I had to then ask her in the dead silence if they had it. That is not how you treat paying customers trying to order a 1,600.00 tub Faucet. They didn't have it. Didn't offer to order it or give me a timeframe when they had it. If this is the service you get trying to order I can only imagine what happens when you have a warranty issue. I tried to email them to complain and I have to give my name address and phone number and upload a picture. I have no picture to upload and I don't mind giving my name but I don't want to give my address.

Had a minor issue (no fault of theirs, I dropped the unit). with a sprayer and the addressed it immediately. I still had a problem and they replaced the whole unit without question or cost. This is a great company with great customer service. Their products are high quality and last a long time. Highly recommend.
