Buying a manufactured home from this company was easy and straightforward. Costs were very reasonable and the home was ready to move in when we closed. Brand new home in a quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend River Place to anyone wanting to buy. In house financing was easy and affordable.

Homes are priced low, but when I call they are five grand more than advertised! The manager says prices are updated in Irvine CA... so why are they wrong on Zillow? Seems scammy to me!
