Good Customer service Shampoo smells really good, my hair was mostly shining and easy to comb I really liked however didn’t see much difference on the falling issue, maybe I should have used longer. I Bought a duo kit set (shampooconditioner) I didn’t receive the conditioner but contacted the customer service that easily offered me a solution and refund. I’m glad everything ended up working out well. I’m happy with the attention customer service offered me.

SUPER DISSATISFIED. My husband got this the helmet and after 6 months decided it wasn't for him. We called to try to return it and were told we'd have to pay an 18% restocking fee AND return shipping to send it back prior to the 12 months. With him traveling for work, he won't be available during the return window to send it back. The company was unwilling to make provisions for us to return it early, which means we'll have to keep a product we no longer want AND continue making payments on it. I am angry and surprised at the lack of customer service. 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

BUYER BEWARE- TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, MONEY BACK GUARANTEE CONDITIONAL! This company has "money back guarantee" splashed across all of it's advertisements but really will force you into keeping the product or will charge you an 18 PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE if you try to return it prior to the 12 months. SO you either have to pay the restock fee (180 in this case) or hold onto and keep making payments on an unwanted item! WHY WOULD SOMEONE KEEP PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT THEY DON'T WANT?!

After using this product for four months I have to say,: the results show. My hair was noticeably thicker within the first month and over the course of 4 months I've seen new growth around my bald spot. I have faith in this product that the growth will be consistent as long as I stay with the regimen.

I learned to trust this technology through my transplant surgeon who had me come in for 12 sessions over a 6 week period. I asked why I needed the laser treatments and was told that it increased the success rate of the transplants. Of course I would do almost anything to protect my already sizable investment. 4 weeks into my doctor's office laser treatments I realized I wanted to continue but didn't want the significant expense in time and money going to the doctor's office. I did my research and on Amazon I purchased iRestore with the rechargeable battery. It has been over a year now and all I can say is that besides my transplants striving I have new hair growth below the new hairline that the doctor created! This created an even better result of a very natural hairline. No one not even my barber believes how well the results turned out. Maybe I'm just lucky but I believe you make your own luck and I took a multi-prong approach. I have to admit the I'm also on Propecia (Finistra) and fortunately symptom free. I may or may not quit the pills. I haven't decided. I also use a magnesium treatment shampoo. The only thing I refused to tey is what my grandfather said sailors in the Italian Navy did with pigeon poop!!! Prettty sure that was a joke they played on each other! I will continue religiously with the iRestore treatmentsfor sure. I wish I had come across the iRestore many years before but it didn't exist, perhaps I could have avoided the transplant procedure. You folks are lucky especially if your at the beginning stages of baldness. The disclaimer is that folks are different and depending on how determined you are to keep a routine going to save your hair can make a difference. Good luck.
