Called to set up an appointment. I realized they hadn’t called to confirm and then realized they had been reaching out to my emergency contact the whole time. I spoke to Beverly to confirm that I was in fact coming, the whole time she kept talking over me and interrupting, and was very passive aggressive over the phone. I asked if she was having a bad day or if that’s the way she spoke to all of her clients and she replied with I’m sorry you feel that way and pretty much to screw off. I then asked if I can confirm my appointment and she replied with last I checked yes. I decided to cancel my appointment after that interaction
