This is the worst management company . They never answer the phone. One of their favorite practice is hanging up on you. They don't return the calls, very unprofessional . They only care about collecting your money. Please stay away from this company . If I could I would give them a zero. You will be better off with a smaller company .

It's been 6.5 years that we live in one of the communities that is being managed by Keystone and we are extremely unhappy with the way they are handling our community. Part of our backyard is supposed to be maintained by Keystone, They wont let us to plant any thing and they don't take care of that either so it looks bare and ugly !!! I have rented our club house few times and had all sort of issues with them. really don't know why we deserve to have Keystone as our property management company !

My husband and I have been trying to contact a representative from Keystone, without receiving a return call, for almost 3 weeks, regarding a request for approval of landscaping in our backyard. We have a company ready and waiting to start. This HOA Management Company is not responsive nor helpful in any way.

Worst property managers ever. They’d rather start fights w/ homeowners than work w/ them to resolve issues all the while supposedly working under the guise of the board. I’m sure the board didn’t give Keystone the authority to start fights w/ homeowners and not do their job.

So annoyed with the HOA Architectural committee! We submitted absolutely everything asked for for all the improvements we are wanting to do to our home in Newport Coast. We received a letter stating that they did receive everything on August 10,2020. In their letter they requested a 30 day period to review the application and documents. However we are now almost into the 2 month mark, and still NO RESPONSE! We have deposits down and contractors literally sitting around waiting to move forward. After multiple calls and emails, Still Nothing. It disgusts me that this Committee, is sooo unconcerned about my home or my timeline! When we are the ones paying them!! When I was lucky enough to get someone on the phone, I was given excuse after excuse. Something needs to done about this! It’s not fair that a Committee, that doesn’t even know me or my home, can literally put a stop to all of the beautiful plans we have to upgrade our home to our neighborhood standards. If I could give less than 1 star I would. They are a joke!!
