I was very excited to know they opened at my local shopping area. When I first entered the place, I was amazed by the variety of pastries and Sandwiches they offered and after trying many of them for many times I've visited there I can definitely say - THEY ARE GOOD! Really good! But, their service is very slow and very often, no so kind. Their Latte is usually good, depend on the person who makes it but when you look behind the counter, it looks like the staff doesn't work as a team, and nobody manage their priorities. They don't help each other and I believe, that's why the service is slow. It's a shame that they have great products, but their operation is weak. As a business consultant for restaurants I can say that it always starts and ends with management. I would hate to see them go down because of that. They sell really good and products.

My first time trying their breakfast meal. Found out about this new eatery thru Facebook ad. We signed up and received a coupon for buy 1 free 1. We ordered the Classic LB Breakfast and the Croissant French Toast. My son said the Classic LB Breakfast was good but the portion was smaller. It was not enough for him. The French toasts taste average. After the 1st visit, I received another coupon for free coffee from them.

Came for the coffee which is much better than Starbucks. Their cappuccino actually has the taste of espresso coffee and is made with whole milk. Also got their avocado toast which is fresh and excellent. The avocado toast is almost as good as some 4 star hotels.

Just moved down to Orange County after spending 5 years in Bay Area. Excited to find La Boulangerie opened in So Cal and gave this location a try. Very similar natural knotty pine wood decoration brought me back to LB's Pine St bakery where they began the brand. Tried a large Cafe Latte made with Equator house blend and the medium-dark roast was a perfect compliment to milk. Definitely will come back after pandemic to enjoy their dining area & French music.

I arrived around 9:30am in weekend. Place was packed but the service and food were great. I had a box of assorted pastry: butter and whole wheat croissant were fresh out of oven, warm and flaky. Almond croissant was the BEST I ever had in town filled with frangipane.

So disappointed. Ordered to go on 12/27/2020 around 10am. Got the Egg white omelette and Classic LB breakfast. The breakfast potatoes were uncooked in both - this disappointed me the most. The toast was tough and hard to chew. They also forgot the chicken sausage that comes with the Classic. The eggs were fine but it's not something I would come back for. The two stars is for the friendly staff and clean shop. Hope you all have a better experience than I did.
