If you're looking to buy something adequate that won't last a reasonable amount of time, this is the place to go. Their products are decent and the price is right. The guys on the sales floor are very helpful during your purchase. HOWEVER, there is basically no customer service with this company. Once the sale is final, if you have ANY issues, you no longer deal with the salesmen. Not only does customer service not answer their phones, they don't bother to return any phone calls. After trying to get hold of them for two weeks to answer a quick question, I have given up. Additionally, Installation of carpet is mediocre at best (which was what my question was about). Carpet was never installed properly - after two years, the carpet was buckled all over. Sorry, LA Carpet, but you will no longer get my business or that of anyone else in my neighborhood. It's worth it to deal with a company with integrity and pay a little bit more. \You get what you pay for.\ Just to update my review from August: I actually received a response online from (I believe) Renee at LA Carpet. She asked that I send an email with additional information to customer service, which I did. It is now a month later and I have received absolutely NO response. I'm not surprised - just extremely disappointed. Don't reach out to customers if there's not going to be any follow-through. Buyer beware...

Prior to installation we informed the two installers we just had our staircase and wall repaired. We were advised to do this before the carpet was put in. Not only was significant damage done to our walls (more than minor/touch up) but the quality is not what we expected. There are pulls in multiple areas that look awful and cheap. The worst part is the installers left an extreme amount of carpet staples all over our floor. Our 2 year stepped on one that I had to painfully remove from his foot. Thankfully my newly crawling 8 month old didnt get one in her hands or mouth! The installers told me they forgot a broom when they arrived but I gave them mine right away to borrow. Obviously, it wasn't used. We excited to use LA Carpet and even paid more money because we thought we were getting better quality and customer care. We were 100% wrong. Please be cautious if you select this company for your home, especially if you have kids.

This place definitely deserves 5 star review. The salesman was so incredibly helpful and found us a beautiful low price carpet for our stairs and second floor. He helped us to find the best padding to reduce the creaking noise of our floors.The insatller was very professional and friendly also. Don’t bother going anywhere else. We priced out other places, La carpet is less expensive and much better quality compare to others.
