Been trying to get them to refund work I had to do to make repairs on a sliding door. Just a couple hundred bucks, not asking for labor, etc. First they said they’d do it and to send receipts, which we did. Then they said they wanted to check something else, and indicated it may have been caused by a combination of factors. After finally getting non-responses, then they say they won’t pay because it was a specific issue, even though its very possible they caused the issue. Folks down the street had similar issues and had to go crazy on them to get any help. Super shady. Avoid if you can.
