Spent a little over 3000 on some new furniture. Were told everything was back in stock. A month later they deliver 1 of 4 items..... Called, said "oh, our mistake. Those are on order, should have them next month" Ok, I can live with that. A month comes and goes. Have to email now as they have taken down their 800#. Get a response that they are backordered and it should be another month and we will have them. No apologies, no offers of any discounts, just gonna be a month. Here we are in basically April, still only 1 of 4 items delivered which were purchased in SEPTEMBER and I can't get a response from anyone anymore! They will gladly take your money and then leave you hanging. Go somewhere else.

I went to living Spaces today to get a new mattress for my bed. I wasn’t sure what I wanted, and after talking with John, I found the perfect mattress. I’m very happy with John because he only picked out what he knew I would like. I even received a gift card. It was a great day at living Spaces.

We bought a couch within 30 minutes. It was an amazing experience. They were very helpful with picking out the fabric and explaining the care free plan. We are excited to receive our couch!

Wonderful customer service staff. Reasonable pricing. LOTS of choices for custom fabrics. I went for selection of swivel recliners. Our staff person had a hard time lining up which fabric books went with specific brands. That is why 4 stars. Worth the DRive!

Our time and the attention we were given at living spaces was best in class. I'm not sure what they do for training but Kyle was amazing. He made us feel beyond welcome and instead of getting just one piece he was able to show us how everything played together and ended up leaving there with four. Not sure if he's up for promotion or raise but I would give it to him.

Went to purchase a bed for my teen daughter. After being ignored for 40 mins were assisted by Roxy. She helped us with selection, purchase and setting up delivery. Everything went smoothly. I give her 5 stars but took away a few for the horrible customer service from 5 on the floor salesmen. I cant recommend this store but would highly recommend Roxy. The bed was decent, made my daughter happy and arrived on time in great condition. Delivery team was awesome as well
