I would like to say that choosing Lotus Transportation was an excellent move. Their commitment to excellence is noted and they do achieve their goal. upon arriving to the airport I had already received a call from them assuring me that they were in the area. Our friendly polite and informative driver arrived in a nice town car which made the trip to the dock a very short one. Our return was just as efficient and uneventful as the first. I highly recommend Lotus transportation. Thank you so much for everything!

Stay clear of this company. The President and driver, Alek Likhterman, was caught on video texting and driving school aged children yesterday. When presented with the video, evidence he was rude and dismissive. He also wasn't wearing his seatbelt and the some of the seatbelts in the van were broken or missing, requiring the kids to go without or double buckel. This was not the first experience of him putting children's lives in danger. He should not be able to operate his business with these unsafe practices.
I was flying into LAX for a good friend's birthday and needed some transportation from the airport to my hotel. Stumbled across Lotus when I did some quick research and set up my pick up time with them. I made sure to confirm the pick up the day of my flight and they were waiting for me when I stepped off the plane. The car was really clean, stylish, and the driver was amiable and even suggested a few things to check out in LA during my stay. Their prices were competitive and I had a pleasant experience with their service and drivers (I even used them to take me back to the airport when I flew out!)
Let's see, what can I say about the Lotus Transportation Group, well for starters, when they arrived to pick me up they were definitely on time. The car I got picked up in was also very clean and well taken care off. The man behind the wheel was also very polite, although I don't recall his name, I do remember him pointing me out a couple of spots to munch at. I really enjoyed my trip with the Lotus Transportation Group, they surely are professionals.
This was my first time trusting a company to get us to and from the airport. I was nervous because we had to be picked up at 3 a.m. from Corona .....and we had kids. They were not only on the dot on time, but they were very friendly. I highly recommend this company, and i will definitely use them again
